店舗紹介

昭和４年、源氏蕎麦の前身は大阪の新世界ですき焼き食堂として誕生しました。第２次大戦の大阪大空襲で焼失し暫くは奈良へ移転。その後大阪に戻り昭和40年現在の難波で店舗を構えました。先代から受け継いだ徹底した品質の拘りとすき焼きの割り下が源氏蕎麦の出汁の原点になります。
源氏蕎麦は「10年後の健康のために」をコンセプトに身体に優しく心に優しい商品をお届け致します。

 In 1929, we first opened our Sukiyaki Restaurant in Shinsekai, Osaka, Japan. During WW2, we lost our shop and we were forced to open a a new restaurant in Nara, eventually moving it to Nanba, Osaka in 1965. We have inherited the upmost quality control and the original special Sukiyaki Sauce recipe of our family predecessors. These are the original base for our Dashi stock.
